KONQAR is built on a zero-cloud-PHI architecture. The appeal generation engine runs 100% locally on your clinic's hardware via a locally-installed inference stack. Patient data never travels to our servers because the system is physically incapable of sending it — this is a hardware constraint, not a policy promise.
When you use our website or sign up for KONQAR, we may collect: your name, email address, clinic name, specialty type, and billing volume information you voluntarily provide through our intake form.
We never collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Our pre-claim scanner processes only CPT codes, payer names, and modifier combinations — none of which constitute PHI. The appeal generator runs locally; no patient records, encounter data, or clinical notes are transmitted to KONQAR.
Contact information submitted through our intake form is used solely to reach you about your KONQAR setup and onboarding. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our website uses Tally.so for form submissions and Google Fonts for typography. These services have their own privacy policies. We use Cloudflare for DNS and site delivery, which may process metadata (IP addresses, request logs) in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Cloudflare may set a performance/security cookie as part of its CDN service.
