By accessing or using KONQAR software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
KONQAR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your clinic's internal billing operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without a written white-label partnership agreement.
KONQAR is intended solely for use by licensed healthcare providers and their authorized billing staff in the United States. The software is designed to assist with claim preparation and appeal generation — it does not constitute legal or medical advice.
KONQAR is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the software will be error-free, that claim outcomes will improve, or that denials will be overturned. Revenue results depend on payer policies, clinical documentation, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KONQAR's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to KONQAR in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued except where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of KONQAR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
